On Saturday November 17th the Team was called out by Cheshire Police.
Read about it on the Team's website here:

On Tuesday 3rd July a further call was received to continue the
above search, and this time 12 members were able to attend. Some of Mondays
areas were re-searched and some new areas were added. Again the weather was kind
to us and it didn't start to rain until about 5 minutes before we completed our
final search area. Again there were no sightings.
On Wednesday 4th July following new information we were again
called to assist with the above search and 10 members were available. This time
we were based at the Bolton Mountain Rescue HQ in Ladybridge Hall. Again the
weather was kind to us being dry with sunny spells even though there was a cool
wind. We were tasked to search the area around a reservoir plus a golf course
and adjoining wooded area. (No one walked on the greens). Again there was no
trace of the missing male. The search has currently been stood down until any
further information is found.
Regarding the above search there is still no trace of Mr.John Nuttall.
Enquiries are still continuing.
Informed this morning about the Search the Team carried out on the 2nd, 3rd
and 4th of this month.
The missing gentleman, Mr John Nuttall, has been
found. He was in an area outside of the designated search areas.
Our
thoughts go out to his family at this sad time.

The Team has received this message from the family:
"On behalf of my family I write to thank you for your wonderful help in the search for my husband John Nuttall.
We would very much like to make a donation to your organisation and ask if you can email back an address to
which it can be sent.
We are deeply grateful for your tireless efforts and dedication in trying to find John.
Yours sincerely.
Linda Nuttall."
A reply was sent to Mrs Nuttall, and a very generous donation of £100 was received shortly after which will be used
in Mr Nuttall's memory.
A card was sent to the family extending the Team's sympathy in their sad loss.
The Team held a bag packing/collection day at ASDA Westbrook, Warrington. Ten members
were available to help.
By the end of the day and due to the generosity of the shoppers we had
managed to collect the magnificent sum of £595.29
This will be spent on updating or adding to our safety equipment.
Only four of us were available for bag packing on Saturday 25th August at the ASDA Birchwood, Warrington store but we managed to raise over £250.
Ray and Jo with Dave went to Penketh Methodist Ladies Evening to collect a cheque.
Last year Ray gave a talk there and following that, in September 06, came the news that all the money raised in
the next 12 months would be split between St Joseph's Family Centre, Warrington and the Search & Rescue Team.
The cheque presented tonight was for the sum of £770. Our great thanks go to the Warrington Methodist
Ladies Group for their kindness.
We have promised to let them know what the Team spends it on.
Warrington Round Table donated a cheque for £100 to the Team.
Our thanks go to them.
The Team would like to thank Lymm Rotary Club for their hospitality this evening.
